On Thursday, November 18, the Stanislaus County Elections office released the final vote counts for the November 2 race.  I was honored to receive 1,961 votes to Annette Smith’s 1,608.

Voter turnoutwas 53%, both in Patterson and throughout Stanislaus County.  That places us 52nd among all 58 counties in California according the Secretary of State’s website today, http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/status/.
